Rules for using ZynCrew.

By accessing or using ZynCrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You may use ZynCrew only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for your account activity, the content you submit, and the actions taken through your workspace or credentials.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to violate law or third-party rights.

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account presents a security risk, violates these terms, or creates harm for the service or other users.

You retain rights in the prompts, messages, files, and other content you submit to ZynCrew.

You grant ZynCrew the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and display your content in order to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit and use your content through the platform.

Outputs generated by AI systems may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating outputs before relying on them.

ZynCrew does not guarantee uniqueness, correctness, legal sufficiency, or fitness of generated content.

Access to certain features or usage levels may depend on a subscription plan, usage limits, or credits as described within the product or on pricing pages.

We may change plans, features, packaging, or pricing from time to time in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements.

ZynCrew and its related software, branding, design, and service content are owned by ZynCrew or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynCrew and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to ZynCrew for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address violations of these terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and post the updated terms on this page.
